Q. What is the minimum period of serviced office agreement?
A. Kings House Business Centre offers flexible agreements from 3-24 months, eliminating high start up costs, complicated lease agreements and delays.

Q. Can the telephone be answered in my company name when I am out of the office?
A. Yes, our fully trained Business Centre team provide professional telephone answering services from 08.30am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday.

Q. Can I make use of the meeting and training rooms?
A. Yes, meeting rooms, boardrooms and our multi media theatre may be booked through the Business Centre Office for use by the hour, half day or full day. Catering can also be arranged and provided by our in house catering team, Connect Catering. If you are hosting a larger event, Day Delegate Rates can be offered subject to minimum numbers.

Q. Several members of our team are networked together via our PC`s. Is it possible to connect them in our Serviced Office?
A. Yes, WANS`s and LAN`s are available through CAT5E cabling which is fitted in our offices. Our on-site IT Support company, FNS, are available to deal with all of your IT and telephony requirements.

Q. There are often occasions when we have to work outside of normal office hours and also at weekends. Will we still be able to get in?
A. Yes, access to the centre is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Reception is manned 08.00am until 17.00pm Monday to Friday, and a security guard is on site outside of these times. Entrance is via an access control system.

Q. Do I need to have a secretary if I take a Serviced Office?
A. Centre staff are able to offer a full range of secretarial support services including Word Processing, Filing, Mailshots, Databases, Binding, Copying Services and Presentations.

Q. What happens if I wish to expand my business?
A. Kings House Business Centre will endeavour to meet your expansion requirements by being flexible and accommodating.

Q. This sounds an ideal solution to me, but is it more expensive than a normal lease or rental?
A. With all services and facilities included, Kings House Business Centre is an extremely competitive solution for your Serviced Office requirements.  It is possible for companies to make significant savings on their overheads, and budget accordingly.
